This was sunrise at John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC last year. I leave in the morning for a week of Seeing with Quiet Eyes: Photography as Mediation at the Folk School. I love teaching at there. The beautiful mountain scenery, the vegetable garden and the beauty around the campus provide us with rich inspiration for our photography. Last year my daughter came along with me and took a class in felting and natural dyeing. Her comment was that it was like summer camp for adults (but more comfortable with amazing food)!
